Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in complex product development environments.
Experience coaching in software and hardware development contexts (embedded systems, mechatronics).
Strong facilitation, mentoring and training skills.
Experience driving organisational change initiatives end-to-end.
Excellent English communication; Finnish or other languages are a plus.
Certifications such as ICP-ACC, CSP-SM, SA or SPC are merit.
