Job summary

Wärtsilä in Finland seeks an experienced Agile coach to guide and support multiple cross-functional teams in adopting agile ways of working. You will help optimise outcomes across Engine Automation, aligning teams and delivering value at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years as an Agile Coach in complex product development environments.
Experience coaching in environments combining software and hardware development (embedded systems, mechatronics).
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar, with pragmatic application.
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and training skills.
Ability to influence without authority across organisational boundaries.
Excellent English communication; Finnish or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Coach teams and leaders in agile principles and mindset, driving cross-team collaboration and removing impediments.
Design pragmatic agile practices for hardware/software development and promote transparency and continuous learning.
Collaborate as part of a scrum master team with diverse expertise.
