HSE Manager - Data Center Project

Location: Helsinki - 17/4 Rotation available for UK candidates

Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation & Transport & Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE Manager to join a leading civils contractor delivering a major package of works on a large-scale European data centre project.

The HSE Manager will take the lead on Health & Safety across the works, managing a team of HSE Advisors and acting as the key HSE interface with the client.

The key responsibilities of the HSE Manager will include:

• Leading HSE delivery across the project
• Managing and supporting a team of HSE Advisors
• Managing the HSE relationship with the client and key stakeholders
• Overseeing project HSE reporting and performance
• Working closely with the project leadership team and subcontractors
• Driving high standards of safety culture and compliance across the works

The HSE Manager will have:

• Proven experience operating in a HSE Manager / Lead position on major construction projects
• Strong civils or major project experience essential
• Data centre experience would be highly advantageous
• Previous experience managing HSE teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing detailed HSE reporting and governance
• Ability to work a 17/4 rotation
• Must have right to work in the EU or UK.
