Job summary

atNorth is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental programs for the Kouvola construction site (FIN04- 46 810 Kouvola, Finland). You will implement the HSE framework and drive daily site practices to meet legal and ISO requirements, mentoring field teams and contractors.

As an HSE Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our data center campus construction site project (FIN04- 46 810 Kouvola, Finland ) operate safely, sustainably, and in full compliance with legal and ISO requirements. Working closely with site, project, and contractor teams, you will lead the practical implementation of atNorth’s HSE framework and help embed strong safety and environmental practices into daily construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience
