Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking an HR Technology Administration Intern for our Helsinki office. This 9-month internship is hybrid in Finland and offers hands-on experience with HR systems, learning & engagement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

You will support day-to-day HR tech operations, participate in testing, vendor coordination, and contribute to projects that improve learning, leadership development, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. A background in CS/IT is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for international teamwork.
• Experience with HR technology, IT systems, integrations or automation is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude; willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day user support for HR tech and systems.
• Test new solutions and system changes in sandbox/demo environments.
• Manage vendor requests and maintain system documentation.
• Support HR technology projects and initiatives to improve learning and employee experience.

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR technology and people-related processes within an international environment. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of HR systems and processes, while developing your organizational, analytical and technical skills.

What you will be doing

• Handle day-to-day user support
  • Resolve tickets and requests from Docebo Power Users and Peakon Key Users, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Test new solutions and system changes
  • Perform testing in sandbox and demo environments to validate updates, identify issues and support smooth implementation of changes.
• Manage vendor requests and documentation
  • Raise and follow up on vendor support tickets and keep system documentation up to date, ensuring key information and solutions are clearly documented.
• Support key HR technology projects
  • Contribute to one or more initiatives that enhance learning, leadership development, employee experience, and ways of working across the organization.
• Develop solutions for recurring issues
  • Identify recurring problems and support the development of automated fixes and other solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

What you need to succeed

• Education Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field. A background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage.
• English language skills Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international working environment.
• Relevant experience Previous experience with HR technology, IT systems, integrations, automation or a similar area is an advantage.
• Technical and analytical skills Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly. Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, automation, permissions and testing, as well as good Excel skills.
• Problem-solving and communication skills A curious, resourceful and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with strong prioritization and ownership skills. You are comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, communicating with end users and using AI tools where they can add value.
