Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking an HR Technology Administration Intern for our Helsinki office. This 9-month internship is hybrid in Finland and offers hands-on experience with HR systems, learning & engagement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

You will support day-to-day HR tech operations, participate in testing, vendor coordination, and contribute to projects that improve learning, leadership development, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. A background in CS/IT is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for international teamwork.
• Experience with HR technology, IT systems, integrations or automation is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude; willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day user support for HR tech and systems.
• Test new solutions and system changes in sandbox/demo environments.
• Manage vendor requests and maintain system documentation.
• Support HR technology projects and initiatives to improve learning and employee experience.
• Develop automated fixes and solutions to recurring issues to reduce manual effort.
