Job summary

Elisa Industriq is seeking a strategic Head of R&D to join the Leadership Team and shape the technology and innovation agenda across industrial software. You will drive product development, engineering excellence and AI initiatives, aligning technology investments with customer value and growth objectives.

You will lead global R&D leaders, foster collaboration, promote knowledge sharing and ensure execution of strategic priorities in a rapidly evolving industrial software landscape.
