Job summary

Teknos Oy is seeking a seasoned Head of Logistics to lead our global logistics organization from Finland. You will oversee warehousing, inbound/outbound transport, tinting and freight, and drive KPI-driven improvements across the supply chain.

Based in Finland with a Finnish family-owned ethos, you will harmonize processes across production and sales locations, shape analytics, and lead strategic projects central to customer service and operational efficiency in an international environment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; other European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Logistics organization including warehousing, inbound/internal/outbound transportation, tinting and overseas freight.
• Ensure high customer service levels aligned with commercial expectations.
• Lead production countries' logistics organizations directly as line manager and supervisor for Sales Warehouses Leader and Transportation Manager, ensuring consistent target setting and realization across global logistics.
• Design, develop, manage and harmonize logistics' global concepts, framework, processes and tools across Teknos.
• Ensure optimization and systematic and continuous improvement of Teknos' logistics, transportation and warehousing.
• Define, develop and follow-up global logistics KPIs and drive analytics development across Logistics organisation.
• Manage projects and project stakeholders to reach targeted milestones and impact across business.

Your home base will be Finland.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead global Logistics organization including warehousing, inbound/internal/outbound transportation, tinting and overseas freight
• Ensure high customer service levels aligned with commercial expectations
• Lead production countries' logistics organizations directly as line manager and supervisor for sales countries' Sales Warehouses Leader and Transportation Manager, ensuring consistent target setting and realization across global logistics
• Design, develop, manage and harmonize logistics' global concepts, framework, processes and tools across Teknos
• Ensure optimization and systematic and continuos improvement of Teknos' logistics, transportation and warehousing
• Define, develop and follow-up global logistics KPIs and drive analytics development across Logistics organisation
• Manage projects and project stakeholders to reach targeted milestones and impact across business.
• Key Skills and Qualifications
  English skill needed, other European languages are advantage
• Minimum 10 years' experience in leading internation logistics teams in a fast-paced matrix organization
