Lantmännen Cerealia in Finland seeks an experienced Head of HR to shape people strategies across Helsinki, Kotka and Hyvinkää. You will lead the local HR team, partner with the Country Managing Director and contribute to organisational change in a fast‑paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced and business‑oriented Head of HR to join Lantmännen Cerealia in Finland. This is a key leadership role where you will shape the people agenda and influence leadership, culture and ways of working across the organisation in a fast paced environment.
As a member of the Finland Country Management Team, you will work closely with business leaders to turn business priorities into people initiatives and support the organisation through change. You will lead the local HR team and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across our office and production sites.
You will report to the Country Managing Director, with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Human Resources Officer in Sweden. The role covers both blue‑and white‑collar employees in Helsinki, Kotka and Hyvinkää.
The position is based in Salmisaari, Helsinki. Regular travel to our Kotka and Hyvinkää sites and occasional travel to Sweden is part of the role.
