What experiance we would need:

  • This is a critical leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the group accounting function, ensure high-quality financial reporting, and support the company’s continued growth and governance
What you'll be doing as our Head of Group Accounting:

The Head of Group Accounting is responsible for overseeing the group consolidation process and ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards (FAS). The role owns the group accounting policies and ensures consistent application across all subsidiaries, while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also manage the external audit process and act as the key point of contact for auditors.

In addition, the role includes ownership and oversight of the group’s transfer pricing framework, ensuring policies are compliant, consistently applied, and well‑documented across jurisdictions. The position also carries responsibility for preparing and delivering financial reporting to the company’s owners on a tertial (four‑month) basis.

A core part of the role is to drive continuous improvement in financial closing, consolidation, and reporting processes, including the development of systems, tools, and automation. You will ensure high data quality and transparency across the group, providing reliable financial information for statutory purposes and external stakeholders.
