Job summary

YES Your Excellent Staff Oy is seeking a head chef for a nationwide restaurant chain in the Satakunta region. You lead the kitchen and oversee onboarding, shift planning and day-to-day operations to ensure food quality and smooth service.

You collaborate with the restaurant manager and regional management to drive cost-efficiency, hygiene standards and sourcing. The one-year full-time contract offers a professional team and chain support with ready operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef or similar kitchen supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff.
• Fluent Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and production to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead kitchen team, onboarding, and shift planning for smooth service.
• Maintain hygiene, cost-efficiency, and adherence to chain concept and operating models.
• Collaborate with restaurant manager and regional management on day-to-day operations and improvements.
