Job summary

QuTwo in Finland seeks a Senior Infrastructure Architect who is a hands-on builder to design, deploy, and run the GPU infrastructure behind our AI platform — someone who has actually racked the servers, cabled the fabric, brought the cluster online, and locked it down.

You will plan and execute GPU data center build-outs, design high‑performance compute fabrics, own capacity planning with partners, and build the software layer for provisioning, firmware, monitoring, and scheduling while

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on GPU/HPC data center deployment experience.
• Experience rack‑level design, cabling, power, cooling.
• Strong networking with InfiniBand/Ethernet.
• Security familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Katakri criteria.
• Fluent English; Finnish a plus; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end GPU data center builds: rack/power design, cooling, cabling, deployment.
• Design high-performance compute fabrics (InfiniBand/RoCE), storage, and out-of-band management for large GPU clusters.
• Own capacity, power, and cooling planning with partners and site operators.
• Build software layer for provisioning, firmware/drivers, monitoring, and scheduling.
• Embed security from day one: access controls, network segmentation, tamper‑evident logging, EU data residency compliance.
