Confidential Search in Finland is seeking a Site Operations Manager to own end-to-end GPU infrastructure operations at a regional data centre. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across AI Systems, Networking, Security, Platform and Site Resilience to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI Systems, Network & Security, AI Platform and Site Resilience Engineers to 24/7 ops.
• Own health, availability, incident management and service restoration for GPU clusters.
• Govern maintenance, change control and operational readiness.
• Oversee capacity planning, utilization reporting and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance, security and governance in operations.
• Manage relationships with hyperscaler and enterprise customers.
• Own supplier relationships and vendor performance.
• Coordinate cross-team activities for reliable service delivery.
