The Backend Development Lead will guide a backend team building secure, reliable and scalable services at the core of iLOQ 5 Series+ while staying hands-on with the code. You will drive architectural decisions, promote end-to-end ownership, and collaborate with Product Owners, software

Qualifications

Proven experience leading backend development teams.
Hands-on with C# and .NET.
Experience with cloud-based software development (AWS).
Understanding of microservice architectures and APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and modern DevOps.
Strong written and spoken English.
Willingness to coach team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the backend development activities of the team.
Support translating product and business priorities into technical plans and delivery.
Participate hands-on in design and implementation of backend services and APIs.
Facilitate architectural discussions and key implementation decisions.
Promote end-to-end ownership including development, testing, releasing, monitoring and maintenance.
Develop engineering practices related to code quality, reviews, test automation, CI/CD, security and observability.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects, Test Leads and cloud specialists.
Identify dependencies, risks and blockers and drive resolution.
Coach team members and foster knowledge sharing.
