Job summary

Radian Arc Limited in Finland is seeking a hands-on Platform/Datacenter Engineer to deploy, validate, and maintain our GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure in core datacenter environments. You will coordinate across hardware, network, storage, and platform teams, validate components from rack to BIOS, and ensure production readiness with thorough documentation and incident support.

This role demands practical field experience and strong problem-solving in distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience deploying datacenter infrastructure.
• Experience with GPU/AI cloud deployments.
• Ability to document as-built configurations and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physical deployment with datacenter providers and internal teams.
• Validate rack layouts, power, cabling, and labeling.
• Bring up GPU servers and platform components through production readiness.
• Validate BIOS, firmware, NICs, and drivers; perform hardware tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and storage issues in field.
