Job summary

Fazer is seeking a Business and Portfolio Lead for Baked Snacks and New Categories within the Confectionery, Chocolate & Snacking Business Unit. You will lead the Baked Snacks & New Categories’ Business & Portfolio team, shaping category strategy and owning commercial choices to drive sustainable growth and margin across markets.

You will focus on Biscuits, Crisps and New Categories, identify growth spaces, develop and scale concepts, and strengthen Fazer’s presence in existing and emerging

Qualifications

• Requires strong strategic brand and business leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer-driven business is preferred.
• Fluent English; Finnish or other market languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and steer strategy, commercial positioning, and long-term plans for Baked Snacks and New Categories.
• Define where to play next and prioritize scaling portfolio and concepts across markets.
• Drive portfolio performance and Net Revenue Management initiatives.
• Own category-level revenue and margin delivery and take action when needed.
• Steer portfolio to SKU level, develop winning concepts, and translate priorities into executions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, operations, and other partners; work with trade on commercial story.
