Job summary

Ruohonjuuri Oy in Lempäälä (Ideapark) seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will lead by example and support the store manager in daily operations, including visual merchandising and store presentation.

A genuine desire to grow in responsibility and contribute to a sustainable shopping experience is valued. The role is 25 hours per week, permanent, with salary based on the Retail TES and a responsibility allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in a retail environment.
• Willingness to grow into responsibility role.
• Organizational ability and structured work approach.
• Proficiency in Finnish (written and spoken).
• Enthusiasm for inspiring the team and driving sales.
• Interest in creating social media content in-store.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and customer service in line with Ruohonjuuri's values.
• Guide store team and set a positive example.
• Support the store manager in operational tasks.
• Implement the store’s visual appearance and product displays.
• Develop and ensure a compelling customer experience so customers leave satisfied.
