Job summary

Jula Lohja seeks a part-time Sales Assistant for our Lohja department store, 10 hours per week with a permanent, indefinite contract. Start as soon as possible. You will handle customer service, sales, cashier duties, and shelf replenishment, and help build campaigns, arrange product displays, and expand product knowledge.

You should be proactive, friendly and able to work in a team. The store is open every day; flexibility to work during store hours is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Minimum age 18.
• Part-time 10 hours per week with permanent indefinite contract.
• Active, fast-paced teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support.
• Operate cashier duties and handle payments.
• Replenish shelves and maintain displays.

We are looking for a part-time sales assistant for our Lohja department store, 10 hours per week with a permanent, indefinite contract. Start as soon as possible. The role includes customer service, sales, cashier duties, and shelf replenishment. You enjoy active work, a fast pace, and teamwork. The product range is wide, so you will also help build campaigns, arrange product displays, and expand your product knowledge. You should be proactive, friendly, and able to maintain a smile even during busy times. The store is open every day of the week, so flexibility to work during store hours is required. We seek a friendly, flexible, energetic, and service-minded colleague who wants to learn and grow in the role. Prior retail education and/or experience and any product knowledge related to Julas range are advantageous. You should be able to serve customers fluently in Finnish and English. You must be at least 18 years old.
