Job summary

Katsa is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Tampere Ilmailunkatu unit. You will oversee daily operation of the grinding hall, execute production plans, ensure quality, promote safety, and lead personnel.

Onboarding new employees and shift planning are part of the role. The position offers a permanent contract, salary based on experience, comprehensive onboarding, and mentoring in an expanding, international company. Working time is 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Technical background in metal industry or mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to take responsibility for people and operations.
• Understanding of production environment and safety.
• English communication with international suppliers when necessary.
