Job summary

Alrekry Oy in Finland is seeking a grinder for a long-term position in its production. The role focuses on finishing and ensuring the surface quality of stainless steel parts, with both manual and mechanical grinding.

You will read technical drawings, work carefully and independently, and cooperate with other production staff to meet quality standards. The job offers a stable work environment with modern tools and a supportive team, with weekday hours 7:00–15:30 and potential two-shift work.

Qualifications

• Experience in grinding stainless steel or similar finishing tasks.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Work carefully and independently.
• Finnish language skills are necessary; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Finish and ensure surface quality of stainless steel parts.
• Perform manual and mechanical grinding, finish weld seams and surfaces per drawings and quality requirements.
• Ensure the quality of your own work.
• Coordinate smoothly with other production colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the finishing and surface quality of stainless steel parts.
• Manual and mechanical grinding, finishing of weld seams and surfaces according to drawings and quality requirements.
• Ensuring the quality of your own work.
• Requires smooth cooperation with other production.

Working Hours & Location

• Work is done on weekdays from 7-15:30 in our customer company's premises.
• There is also the possibility of two-shift work in the position.

Requirements

• Experience in grinding stainless steel or similar finishing tasks.
