Job summary

Oivan is seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years experience to contribute to our growing web-development project for a major Middle East client. You will collaborate with users, stakeholders, and development teams to identify needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high-quality user experience. Fluency in English and Thai and a background in software projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sprint planning, leading and supporting successful projects.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
• At least 3 years of experience working with local and/or international software projects.
• At least 2 years in a business analyst role and project management in software development or similar.
• Ability and willingness to acquire new competencies and find creative solutions.
• Organized in leading projects and delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Relevant knowledge of microservices, architecture, and mobile development.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements for changes and improvements to various systems used in the business.
• Have daily contact with users and stakeholders to identify development areas and with development teams to discuss solutions.
• Lead daily activities to ensure that systems are up to date and produce value for the business.
• Support and help product teams towards effective solutions, considering what is best for the user and the overall service experience.
• Identify, acquire, and analyze relevant facts and insights (consumer, business, technology, etc.) to contribute to building clarity in user needs.
• Establish and facilitate cross‑collaboration with key stakeholders to continuously iterate and innovate service‑experience feedback and insight to drive prioritization.
• Communicate and visualize user insights as well as support teams to develop within the field of service experience (methods, performing design sprints, tools, prototyping, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
