Job summary

Nordec Group in Helsinki seeks a Treasury Manager for a fixed-term role to cover parental leave until late 2027 with a potential extension into 2028. You will lead external and internal financing, cash and liquidity forecasting, FX hedging, treasury controlling, risk reporting, and credit control within our international group.

Required: a Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or engineering, several years in treasury, IFRS knowledge, and English fluency (Finnish/Swedish a plus);

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in finance, accounting, economics or engineering.
• Several years' experience in treasury or treasury controlling.
• Knowledge of IFRS and treasury accounting standards.
• Understanding of construction project finances is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; English fluency (Finnish/Swedish a plus).
