Job summary

KONE is seeking a Global Solutions Specialist in Talent and Culture to develop and configure cloud-based HR solutions. You will drive end-user experience improvements and collaborate with global teams across Workday and other HR tools.

The role requires international experience, strong English communication, and ability to train stakeholders. Permanent position based in Espoo, Finland or Bratislava, Slovakia.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern cloud-based HR technologies and people processes.
• Experience with HR tech platforms such as Workday Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Interest in technology development and digital solutions.
• Experience in international environments.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Initiative, curiosity and openness to new ideas.
• Ability to design trainings and create training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure global Talent & Culture solutions according to CoE requirements.
• Create and maintain solutions development roadmap for Talent & Culture.
• Improve end-user experience in global T&C solutions.
• Design and document changes in Workday and other T&C tools.
• Manage system releases, testing plans and training.
• Provide guidance and global support for T&C solutions.
