Job summary

KONE Australia is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Central Quote Desk in Mascot, NSW. You will act as the primary contact for preparing and coordinating quotations, follow up on leads, and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.

You will manage CRM activities, present and negotiate with customers, and support the wider sales team to achieve targets. The role offers global career development, exposure to innovative solutions, and a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, internal sales, customer service, quoting or business development roles.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn products and services.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the point of contact for preparing and coordinating quotations through the Central Quote Desk
• Following up on leads and opportunities generated by our service and sales teams
• Understanding customer requirements and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions
• Preparing quotations, tenders and smaller project submissions, with proactive follow-up to secure business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Presenting and negotiating solutions with customers, including upselling service and digital offerings where appropriate
• Managing CRM activities and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records
• Providing support to the wider sales team on selected sales-related matters
• Performing administration tasks and ensuring all records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and agreed individual KPIs
