KONE is seeking an experienced Payroll Services Manager to lead our payroll function across Australia and New Zealand. You will guide a high‑performing team, ensure accurate, timely pay and robust payroll governance and controls.

In this senior role, you will drive continuous improvement through technology and data, partner with People & Communications, Finance and Legal to optimise processes and the employee experience across a multinational organisation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience leading a payroll team in a complex Australian environment.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, modern awards, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and leave entitlements.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accurate and timely pay, strong reconciliations, data integrity and effective payroll controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team, creating clear accountability, strong service standards and effective management of complex payroll issues and escalations.
• Own payroll governance, compliance, audits and risk management, ensuring robust controls across the payroll lifecycle.
• Drive payroll transformation and continuous improvement through technology, automation and data, partnering with stakeholders to improve efficiency and employee experience.
