Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• International shipping experience is required.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation is required.
• Proficient use of Word/Excel and basic computer skills is needed.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship customer orders in accordance with policy.
• Verify order, packaging, labeling, and shipment info for accuracy.
• Prepare and review domestic and international shipping documentation (invoices, origin certificates, USMCA docs, SLI forms).
• Use computer systems to process and support shipping activities.
• Collaborate with team to resolve shipping questions and support timely fulfillment.
