Job summary

Skylo Technologies is seeking a Program Manager—Wholesale Roaming Coordinator in Espoo, Finland. You will own the end-to-end onboarding for multiple MNO partners, coordinating with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure launches occur on time.

You will manage the lifecycle from deal closure through testing, interconnect setup and launch day, maintaining governance, timelines and risk mitigation across time zones.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in wholesale roaming, carrier services, or MNO interconnect program management.
• Proven track record running multiple partner programs in parallel.
• Strong program management habits with structured plans and clear ownership; proactive risk escalation; Jira/Confluence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent MNO onboardings through full lifecycle from Commercial Alignment to launch.
• Maintain a portfolio dashboard with active partners, phases, blockers and forecast dates.
• Run weekly stand-ups, portfolio reviews and monthly executive readouts with the right attendees.
• Maintain and evolve the master onboarding runbook (RACI swimlanes) for future launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Skylo's Network Integration, Core, Product, Legal and Commercial.
• Translate partner requirements into Jira epics and tickets; track deliverables and timelines.
• Manage cutover and maintenance windows with IPX carriers and partner MNOs across time zones.
