Job summary

Metso is seeking a Project Assistant to join the Document Control and Project Support team. You will be part of large international plant delivery projects, organizing travel, visa letters, and travel-related administration while supporting delivery teams.

Based in Espoo, the role is full-time for one year with a strong possibility of continuation. You will be employed by Biisoni and work on assignment at Metso, with three office days per week and some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in assistant or project support roles.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of visa and work permit processes in different countries.
• Experience with invoice handling and travel expense systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize travel arrangements for project personnel and customers.
• Prepare visa invitation letters and coordinate visa/work permit processes across countries.
• Schedule meetings at office and external locations and ensure arrangements are in place.
• Handle travel-related invoices and maintain traveler profiles.
• Coordinate PPE orders and act as a contact for travel agencies.
