Job summary

Biisoni Oy seeks a Project Quality Manager for an international industrial technology client based in Espoo. You will ensure quality activities align with contractual requirements, customer expectations, and business processes, acting as the main quality contact within projects.

You will coordinate quality activities, manage audits, reporting, and documentation, and drive improvements. The role is full-time on a 12-month contract with potential for extension, based at Espoo with a flexible

Qualifications

At least five years of experience in project quality management or a similar quality-focused project role.
Strong auditing experience; ISO 9001 auditor certification or equivalent background is preferred.
Experience in industrial, engineering, process, energy or plant projects is beneficial.
Fluent Finnish and English required for collaboration with Finnish customers in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project quality activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure inspections, audits and customer reporting are carried out effectively.
Manage quality risks, deviations and corrective actions; drive continuous improvement.
Capture and share lessons learned across projects.
