Job summary

CSC Helsinki is seeking an experienced Client Payroll Specialist to join our Danish Client Payroll team, delivering outsourced payroll services to international clients. You will manage end-to-end payroll for Danish clients, prepare payslips, support salary payments, and produce payroll reports with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client payroll, payroll bureau, outsourcing, or payroll services.
• Experience managing payroll for multiple clients and a portfolio.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration for Danish clients.
• Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute payslips.
• Support salary payments and payroll-related transactions.
• Produce payroll reports and perform reconciliations for clients.
• Assist with pensions, absence management, reimbursements, and compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high service levels.
• Participate in onboarding of new clients as experience grows.
