Qualifications

• Master’s degree i ett relevant område.
• Bevisad erfarenhet av stora tillverkningsdrivna operationer.
• Flytande engelska, skriftligt och muntligt.

Din roll och ansvar

In this role, you will lead Global Operations for the Motors and Generators business line within the Motion High Power Division, setting the long-term direction for a global operations network. You will define and guide the operations strategy, align all operational areas, and improve value chain performance across safety, quality, inventory, delivery, productivity, and project execution. You will also help shape the global operational footprint in line with business and product portfolio priorities, while supporting local execution of key initiatives, including CAPEX investments, mergers and acquisitions, and divestments.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid / flexible location across our factory footprint, Finland, Estonia, China, India.

This role has global responsibility within the Business Line Motors and Generators, part of the Motion High Power Division. You will report to the Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Operations for Motors and Generators and work closely with key stakeholders, including Regional Business Line Heads and Regional Operations Managers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Global Operations leadership Leading operations across all key areas, including HSE, planning & fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, quality, continuous improvement, project execution, capacity management, advanced manufacturing engineering, and information system architecture in Operations. Working closely with regional leaders, business line management, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business results. Lead and facilitate operations community workstreams across multiple locations.
• Strategy and performance management Defining, aligning and driving the customer-focused Operations strategy including the target setting in alignment with global organization strategy. Leading and coordinating the global Integrated Business Planning process to align demand, supply, and operational capabilities.
• Operational excellence, Continuous improvement and Project Execution Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, including deployment of best practices and performance transparency. Coordinating project execution and resolving quality issues in global customer accounts, while ensuring timely follow-up and effective support toward resolution.
• Global footprint and investments Support to build Global Operational footprint strategy aligned with Division requirements, including support for CAPEX investments, M&A and divestment projects.

Kvalifikationer för rollen

• Senior operations professional with minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience leading teams across multiple regions
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in operational performance management and transformation initiatives
• Experience in factory ramp-ups, production ramp-ups and post-acquisition operational integration
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication, intercultural and leadership skills
• Ability to influence, align, and drive execution across regions and functions
• Lean / Six Sigma expertise is preferred and considered an advantage
