Job summary

Accelleron invites a technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join the Helsinki service station. You will support repair, maintenance and overhaul of Accelleron turbochargers and deliver high-quality service to customers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, work with engines and mechanical equipment, and collaborate with a global team to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical education with solid understanding of mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with engines, tools and mechanical equipment; experience with marine engines is a plus.
• Service-minded, flexible and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel and work field service assignments up to 50% of time.
• Good written and spoken English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
• Valid category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks and support repair, maintenance, and overhaul of Accelleron turbochargers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service per orders and standards.
• Prepare materials, parts, tools, and equipment for service activities.
• Prepare service documents and reports for customer approval; report completed work promptly.
• Identify potential equipment issues, troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions.
• Suggest improvements to products, processes and service operations.
