Job summary

Accelleron is seeking a Junior Service Engineer for our Helsinki service station. You will support repair, maintenance and overhaul of turbochargers and contribute to high-quality service delivery for customers.

Key requirements include technical education and hands-on engine or mechanical equipment experience, willingness to travel up to 50% of time, and good English. Finnish language skills are a plus and a valid B driving license is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with engines and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service delivery – perform service tasks and support installation, maintenance, repairs and commissioning.
• Customer focus – ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships, identify potential sales opportunities.
• Materials and preparation – coordinate materials, parts, tools and equipment for service activities.
• Documentation and reporting – prepare service documents and reports for customer approval, log work completed.
• Troubleshooting – identify equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Operational excellence – suggest product, process and quality improvements for service operations.
• Health, safety and integrity – follow safety rules and report incidents as required.
