Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo is seeking a Deployment Manager within Global Manufacturing Infrastructure. You will own end-to-end deployment of satellite integration sites, managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with ICEYE’s production roadmap.

You will coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and external vendors, driving risk management and providing transparent reporting. Travel up to 50% is expected to support global deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility deployment project management.
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, risk logs, etc.).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or industrial deployment projects.
• Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to operate autonomously in highly dynamic environments while coordinating across cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience working with supply chain, logistics, and external vendors for equipment and facility readiness.
• Clear communication skills and a structured approach to reporting, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project delivery of satellite integration sites, from initiation to handover.
• Own the deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown, ensuring milestones align with ICEYE's roadmap.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders for equipment, materials, and contractor support.
• Track and maintain a detailed deployment schedule, managing dependencies across civil works, facility installations, and IT/security readiness.
• Identify and elevate risks, resolve delays, and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate with the Global Manufacturing Facilities Architect to ensure defined technical scope is delivered.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders as the central deployment coordinator.
