Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Global Manufacturing Capability & Training Manager to lead the development of a training system across their manufacturing operations. This role requires proven experience in building technical capability programs in hardware manufacturing, understanding production ramp-up, and strong stakeholder leadership. The successful candidate will design and implement modern training systems and competency frameworks while fostering continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Experience in hardware manufacturing environments like aerospace or automotive.
• Ability to create competency frameworks and structured certification pathways.
• Hands-on experience with production operations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Define role taxonomy, competency frameworks, and certification criteria.
• Create a modern training system that improves time-to-competency.
• Design and execute an MVP training center for scalability.
• Plan and deliver training for new sites and localization programs.
• Develop training modules and maintain alignment with current procedures.
• Work closely across functions to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Define KPIs to track training completion and drive improvements.

Skills

Proven experience building and scaling technical capability programs

Strong understanding of production ramp-up

Ability to operate at both strategy and execution level

Excellent communication and documentation skills
