Job summary

At Konecranes, we are looking for an Item Data Manager to join our Global Spare Part Product Management team. You will manage item master data across BU Port Services, collaborating with international teams and IT to ensure data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in master data management, and hands-on experience with Teamcenter and SAP. Proficiency in English is essential; Finnish/German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in master data management.
• PLM/ERP data management knowledge with Teamcenter and SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Finnish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Becoming the process owner of item data for the Business Unit Port Services.
• Setting up and implementing the item master data process end-to-end.
• Ensuring item data quality across the different Business Lines.
• Conducting Teamcenter and SAP item data analysis.
• Performing corrections, updates and harmonizations to master data on a global level.
• Creating and developing data management systems for reporting and KPIs.
• Creating work instructions and processes.
• Training business units on item data management and acting as main contact for stakeholders.
