Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead month-end close, ensure accuracy, and manage statutory and indirect tax compliance across EU entities with Finland as a primary focus.

You will own close processes, coordinate with Tax and Legal teams, supervise reporting, and improve controls and automation while working with NetSuite and local systems. The role emphasizes strong ownership, multi-entity experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience with IFRS/GAAP and multi-entity environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory and indirect tax compliance across EU entities.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal, and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP and local reporting tools.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
