Job summary

ALTEN Finland, part of the ALTEN Group, seeks a Business Manager to lead growth in the process and refinery sectors from the Helsinki office. You will drive global account expansion, shape sales strategy, and recruit top engineers to build a high-performing team.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in oil & gas or process industries, and fluent Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven success in oil & gas, energy, or process industries with a sales track record.
• Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset with ability to drive growth.
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to build trust and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Global account expansion: spearhead growth in Finland and internationally.
• Strategic sales leadership: identify, negotiate, and close high-value contracts.
• Talent acquisition and team growth: recruit engineers and build a high-performing team.
• Entrepreneurial ownership: shape sales strategy and position ALTEN as a leader.
