ALTEN Finland seeks an experienced Project Lead to head our Electricity & Automation Delivery Unit in Helsinki or Tampere. This senior role blends strong electrical engineering credibility with commercial insight to lead demanding customer deliveries in industrial settings.

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical engineering with project leadership experience.
Experience in design, installation supervision, and commissioning of electrical networks or systems for process plants, power plants, or substations.
Experience in building services design or project work with electrical orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead demanding project deliveries across ALTEN Finland’s electricity and automation business.
Shape technically sound, competitive solutions and support sales and bid work.
Advise teams on design decisions and tool usage for complex projects.
