EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee operations across our UK and European Global Data Centres. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive service delivery, and manage multi-site programs to meet client needs and EOS standards.

You will shape planning, resources, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring SLAs are met, performance metrics are achieved, and stakeholders receive clear, timely updates across four locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global technical teams supporting server deployments and operations.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation to streamline workflows.
• Experience managing change control and maintenance activities in production environments.
• Strong background in service management and customer satisfaction.
