Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee multiple European data centres, ensuring reliable service delivery and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage operational plans, and drive SLA achievement across sites.

In this role you will coordinate resources, monitor performance metrics, engage stakeholders, and foster a culture of service excellence, safety, and compliance within a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams supporting server deployments and operations.
• Strong background in service management and customer relationship management.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing automation to streamline workflows.
• Experience managing change control processes in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and delivery of data centre and server operations initiatives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials across projects and operations.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with SLAs and standards.
