Job summary

KONE is seeking a Global Ethics & Compliance Manager in Espoo, Finland. The role leads the global training, awareness and communications program, turning complex compliance topics into practical learning across the organization.

You will own the framework, collaborate with regional teams and drive measurable improvements while operating as a global individual contributor with broad stakeholder engagement. The position requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, law, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in large international organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills in English.
• Fluent Finnish is an asset and other languages are beneficial.
• In-depth understanding of ethics and compliance program principles and regulatory expectations.
• Experience leading training, awareness, communications, learning or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the global compliance training and awareness framework, roadmap and delivery plan.
• Lead planning, development, deployment and improvement of global compliance e-learnings.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of training programs, including scoping, content development and evaluation.
• Translate complex topics into clear, accessible learning and communications.
• Provide management with timely reporting and practical compliance guidance to stakeholders.
