Job summary

Solo Health Oy is seeking General Practitioners for various temporary substitutions at Espoo Hospital. Assignments vary by client needs and are often announced on short notice. Work is performed on-site Monday to Friday, typically from 08:00 to 15:39, across Wards 1–4 at Karvasmäentie 6, Espoo.

Senior support is provided by specialists in geriatrics, general medicine and internal medicine. Lifecare is the patient information system used on the wards, and Solo Health offers a supportive community

Qualifications

• General practitioner qualifications and license to practice in Finland.
• At least 6 months of ward experience and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with the Lifecare patient information system.
• Good Finnish and basic Swedish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site across Wards 1–4 at Espoo Hospital.
• Support from specialists in geriatrics, general medicine and internal medicine.
• Cover temporary substitutions as client needs dictate.

Job description

Work is performed on-site Monday to Friday, typically from 08:00 to 15:39. The role involves working across various hospital wards (Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4) located at Karvasmäentie 6, Espoo. Senior support is provided for medical graduates by specialists in geriatrics, general medicine, and internal medicine. The Lifecare patient information system is used on the wards.

Requirements

• General practitioner qualifications
• At least 6 months of experience in ward work with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in the Lifecare system
• Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act
• Good Finnish language skills
• Satisfactory Swedish language skills
