Job summary

Terveystalo Oy in Iisalmi, Finland is seeking a skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our team. The role centers on appointment-based clinic work with patients attending general medical consultations.

We serve private patients, occupational health clients, insured patients, and Kela trial participants aged 65 and older, with 20‑minute in-clinic or remote GP consultations and GP-performed tests. Flexible arrangements are possible (part- or full-time, salary or self-employed).

We are looking for a skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our team in Iisalmi. The role involves appointment-based clinic work where patients visit for general medical consultations. Customers include private patients, occupational health patients, insured clients, and Kela’s eligibility trial participants aged 65 and older. The trial, started in September, allows 65+ patients to consult private GPs with public-sector co-pay rates. Services include 20‑minute GP consultations in-clinic or remotely (video/phone), various GP-performed tests (blood tests, urine tests, ECG, chest X-ray), and up to a set number of annual visits during the trial years. Flexible work arrangements (part- or full-time, salary or self-employed) are possible, with schedules arranged to suit you. The clinic operates Mon and Thu until 17:30, Tue–Fri until 17:00. There is also opportunity to specialize in occupational health or to pursue further GP qualifications through a long course with Terveystalo. Why work at Terveystalo?
