Job summary

Solo Health Oy is seeking General Practitioners for the emergency department at Peijas (HUS). The general medicine line typically has 4-6 doctors on duty during the day and one at night. Shifts include YLE-lobby work and other duties requiring LK5 rights and appropriate licensure.

Orientation is provided before the first shift, and compensation is based on the job description and experience. Good Finnish language skills and a flexible attitude are required.

Qualifications

• General practitioner qualifications or primary healthcare experience with LK5 rights.
• Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act.
• Good Finnish language skills.
• Positive, flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assessment in the emergency department.
• Participate in YLE-lobby shifts and related duties.
• Cover minor trauma duties when required.
• Coordinate with responsible physicians and the care team.

Job description

Solo Health is seeking General Practitioners for the emergency department at Peijas (HUS).

The general medicine line typically has 4-6 doctors on duty during the day and one at night. Roles include YLE-lobby, first assessment, libero, and minor trauma doctors. Shifts through Solo Health are primarily YLE-lobby shifts, which are suitable for candidates with emergency experience; all other shifts require a medical license (LL).

Working hours

• Weekdays 15:30-23:00
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays 08:00-23:00
• Night shifts 22:00-08:00

Orientation is provided before the first shift. The patient information system used is Apotti. The amount of work can be adjusted to fit your personal life situation, and compensation is based on the job description and experience.
