The role features flexible scheduling and travel between units within the region. Proficiency in Finnish and moderate IT skills are required to use Eloisa with Lifecare as part of daily patient care.

We are now looking for an elderly general practitioner for the Southern Savo region. The role involves providing patient‑oriented and cost‑effective primary healthcare for elderly patients in designated residential or home‑care areas.

Responsibilities

• Primary healthcare for elderly patients in designated residential or home‑care areas.
• Local rounds in units within the South Savo region, including Mikkeli, Pertunmaa, Savonranta, Mäntyharju, and Savonlinna.
• Schedule: 1‑6 days per month during office hours, with days freely selectable. Travel between units is included in working hours and the patient load is agreed upon.
• Use of the patient record system Eloisa with Lifecare.

Requirements

• Licensed medical license in Finland.
• Visibility of rights in JulkiTerhikki.
• Moderate IT skills.
• Proficiency in Finnish.

Work Flexibility

The work is very flexibly adjustable in all respects. The position is available from September onwards.
