Job summary

Northern Future Oy in Finland is seeking motivated hospitality and tourism professionals for seasonal positions in Lapland starting November 2026. 6 positions available for 3 to 6 months; full or part time options, 7–10 hour days; duties include engaging guests, storytelling, and guiding visitors through Arctic experiences.

Requirements include a valid driving license (B), professional or fluent English, willingness to work weekends, and good knowledge of Finnish Lapland culture and attractions.

Qualifications

• Fluent or professional English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driving license B with ability to drive in winter Arctic Circle conditions.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays; flexibility with tour schedules.
• Good knowledge of Finnish Lapland culture and main attractions; storytelling skills beneficial.

Work requirements:

Work requirements:

• Drive license B (manual & automatic). Notice: need to drive in the dark and icy road in Winter Arctic Circle
• Professional or fluent in English speaking, other languages are a plus(Spanish. Mandarin, Japanese. Italian etc.).
• Hiking and photography experienced are a plus.
• Good time management, problem-solving skills and be flexible with tour schedules.
• Good knowledge or basics about Finnish Lapland (local culture and main attractions).
• Love smiling or be talkative and good storyteller when working with different cultural backgrounds.
• Good teamwork ability.
• Ability to work on both weekdays and weekends.
