Siemens Healthineers AG is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer in Helsinki. You will join an agile team building a next-generation treatment management system and modernizing existing software with Generative AI.

The role covers frontend UI in Angular and backend services, emphasizing scalable, service-oriented architecture. Working with UX, PM and architects, you’ll shape interfaces, data flows and integration strategies, while benefiting from a hybrid work model and international

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with web UI development using Angular or a comparable framework.
• Experience with interface design using OpenAPI or similar.
• Experience with automated testing using PlayWright, Cypress or similar.
• Backend software development experience using C#/.NET or another object-oriented language.
• Experience in software development of distributed, service-oriented systems.
• Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.

Domain Driven Design is the backbone of our design thinking, elements of the Microservices style drive the deployment. The Event Driven Architecture style and CQRS are means of achieving the right decoupling.

As a member of an agile team, working on Varian's next generation treatment management system, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation to production deployment and operation support. In addition, we offer ample opportunities to develop innovative solutions in the clinical domain.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be involved in the design and implementation of single page web applications and in maintaining backend services. You will also be involved in the design of the software architecture, including defining interfaces, data flow, and integration strategies leveraging modern technology stacks.

You will collaborate with the UX, Product Management and System Architecture teams to leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance the development cycle and enable modernization of the existing software.

We welcome candidates with experience in software development and web UI design, and an interest in modelling and sustainable software design.

In addition, you are an open-minded and adaptable professional who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives.
