Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Helsinki is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build next generation adaptive radiotherapy software. You will design and implement SPA front-ends and backend services, define interfaces, data flows, and integration strategies using modern stacks.

You will work with UX, Product Management and System Architecture teams. The role emphasizes agile delivery, production deployment, and operation support, with opportunities to apply Generative AI to streamline

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with web UI development using Angular or a comparable framework.
Experience with OpenAPI or similar interfaces.
Experience with automated testing using Playwright, Cypress or similar.
Backend software development experience using C#/.NET or another OO language.
Experience in distributed, service-oriented systems.
Fluency in English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to production deployment and operation support.
Design and implement single-page web applications and maintain backend services.
Collaborate with UX, Product Management and System Architecture teams to define interfaces, data flow and integration strategies.
Explore and apply Generative AI to enhance development and modernization efforts.
