Job summary

Innovoice, a Finnish ERP provider, is seeking a software developer to join our growth and strengthen the development team. You will work on full-stack development for web and mobile apps used by towing companies and service shops.

We value customer-centric design, long-term product thinking, and high-quality code. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Helsinki with about three days per week in the office; salary ranges 4000–4500 €/month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Practical expertise in PHP and JavaScript development.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, ideally MySQL.
• Interest in utilizing AI tools to support software development.
• Customer-centric thinking and a desire to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing product functions.
• Implement new features for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and development teams on solution design.
